Book individual classes, or use your prepaid subscription (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Diamond). Ensure you are logged into your account to make a booking using a prepaid plan. Please note that sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled if we have not received your Initial Test or signed Plan Agreement Form prior to your first session. Cancellation Policy

24 hours' notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Notice provided in less than 24 hours will incur the full booking fee and the session is forfeited. Please note that a late arrival of more than 5 minutes will result in an automatic cancellation and the session is forfeited.
