  • How can I cancel a booking?
    Bookings can be managed through your account. Use the button below or navigate to your account and go to 'My Bookings'. Cancellation policies apply.

    We offer classes on an individual basis, or as part of a package. Click on the button below to view our package options.
  • Do you offer numeracy tutoring?
    We specialise in the literacy component of the LANTITE exams, and recommend using 'Arithmetricks' for numeracy study.
  • How do I start classes?
    There are three easy steps to beginning tutoring with us: 1. Private Consultation - Meet us in a 15-minute consult where we answer questions and get to know you! 2. Purchase and complete the Initial Test from our store and return it for marking. 3. We'll return the test and provide a recommendation for moving forward. You can either book classes individually or as part of a package.
  • Do you have LANTITE resources?
    Absolutely! Visit our shop to view our range of products.
  • Do you have Afterpay?
    Yes, we offer Afterpay on all products and services.
  • What are your refund and cancellation policies?
    You can find a full breakdown of these on our terms and conditions page.
  • What is the Agreement Form and where can it be found?
    Before you begin tutoring, you need to sign the Agreement Form. This is a formal acknowledgement and acceptance of our terms and conditions and must be signed before starting tutoring.
  • I don't know how to join my session! Help!

  • Do you provide certification letters for university and workplace purposes?
    Yes, we do! We can provide both workplace and university certification letters as proof of your engagement with tutoring. You must have attended at least three classes to be eligible for a certification letter, and must have ongoing tuition booked in advance to be considered a current client. Please make a written request to your tutor with the following items: Reason for certification; Any special items or circumstances you might need mentioned in your letter (at tutor's discretion); When you require the letter. Unfortunately, we cannot offer these certification letters to clients not currently under our tutelage.
